Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street

 

Intelligent Videography, Brilliant Script, Adept screenplay, Unique Musical, awesomeeee performance by Depp is what I can say about Sweeney Todd.

I have always loved Tim Burton and his productions. From Nightmare Before Christmas, Edward Scissorshands,  Sleepy Hollow, Big Fish(Favorites!) , Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and this one. Almost all his productions are chart-toppings.

But this one was simply eminent. From the start til’ the ending. Every part of it intrigued my attention. (Despite the Malaysian Censorship Board’s decision to cut the killing scenes. -_- ) I’m a sadist. =p

And to hear that some people find the movie disturbing. Is utterly insulting. pfft. Some people, just don’t know how to appreciate masterpieces.

I’ve run out of words. I suck at this. lol

But I reckon  Jamie Campbell Bower(sailorboy) and Ed Sanders(Toby) will become big things in the future.=)

I desperately need to get out of this city, this place, perhaps this country!!!!

It’s getting on my nerves.!! The people around. (If you think it’s you , then it is.)

I just hate PJ la. Even though it rocks. It’s not the place I wanna spend the rest of my life at.

I miss Becky. At least she’s one who doesn’t give emotional stress, but emancipation.

Stop one semester of college and work to buy plane ticket for a trip to aussie? I just might. I’m perilous.

On another note.

I’m going to Switchfoot. I don’t know why. It was a compulsive decision. But thanks Joni for helping to get the tix. *hugs*

Watched Sweeney Todd: Demon Barber of Fleet Street. Loved it. And so I heard some don’t. WHAT”S WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!

Then again, at times it takes u to be a sadist to understand certain masterpieces. Tim Burton. Weird but awesome.

We headed to the POW Memorial. It’s a memory of what happened during WW2 where at least 700 Aussie and British soldiers died in the death march.(Go wiki for more info) 

 

But… it’s all good now. We love aussies, and the brits. =)
